I have a solid foundation in all aspects of construction which allows me to build and manage any type of project. I am not the typical high-flying manager and have the field experience to know what it takes to build work efficiently in order to beat schedule and budget. My greatest strength is being able to cultivate relationships with craft employees, sophisticated owners, and challenging subcontractors in order to build a team that can navigate through challenging issues and achieve a common goal.

Jeremy Regan

I have spent the last 6 years managing regional construction operations across five states in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast US.  I recently opened a new 19 seat office in Raleigh where I have P/L responsibility for infrastructure work in the state of North Carolina and a goal of building a $100 million revenue per year business in the state.  Bidding and building a diverse backlog of work through strategic project selection is one of my greatest assets, quickly being able to discern a high margin opportunity from a bid that will attract too much or the wrong competition.

I develop strong relationships with clients which leads to repeat business.  And while not an enjoyable part of the business, I have significant experience negotiating successful outcomes to project challenges and claims with values up to $30 million.  Over the past 10 years I have been handpicked to takeover daily project management of multiple troubled projects with a combined value of $165 million.  My involvement as Project Manager on these problem projects, resulted in a financial turnaround of $20 million dollars as well as future work.  The experience having to uproot my family and go run jobs that were not estimated correctly or were not staffed by strong job teams from the start, provided me with invaluable lessons about taking work at the right price and having extremely talented people running the work in the field
